"It was okay. I think it was a little overhyped by everyone… the milk teas had all “run out” on the day we went, so we got one of the fruit teas and the soft serve. The iced tea was eh, nothing super amazing, just tasted like a sugary drink with jelly in it (mind you, I don’t really drink these things much on a regular basis). The soft serve was pretty good but I wish they had different sizes. It’s fairly large and feels like it never ends (which may be a good thing for some). The cone, though, is very nice, and it’s good that the ice cream is filled into the cone. Service was okay, not really much to rave about. I guess the main reason people come here is because it’s cheap. I’ve tried it and I’m not sure if I’d come back… maybe if I really want an ice cream"

"Fast service, great drinks and sundae options and cheap prices! Went there at 3.50pm on a Friday and waited about 5 minutes for a taro ball milk tea ($4.60) and brown sugar pearl sundae ($3.90)."

"Absolutely love the ice cream at Mixue in Garden City! It’s always super creamy and flavourful, especially the milk and fruit combos. The portion sizes are generous for the price, and it’s a great treat on a hot day. The shop is clean, the service is quick, and the staff are polite. There’s usually a bit of a line, but it moves fast. Definitely a go-to dessert spot after shopping!"
